Liverpool's Star Offers Apology to Squad, Reveals Curtis Jones
Jones has shared that Mohamed Salah expressed regret to the team following the uproar from his public comments.

Salah was left out from a key Champions League match after voicing frustrations and suggesting his rapport with Arne Slot had deteriorated.
“Salah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “His apology was clear and was like: ‘If my words hurt anyone, I apologise.’”
The manager has chosen not to disclose on whether he received a personal apology from the 33-year-old forward.

He emphasized that the team's response was unchanged. “Nothing about him changed, his demeanour was positive and it was business as usual,” Jones added.
He also suggested that a competitor wanting to play is a positive trait. “It's clear there are certain ways you can express yourself,” he said. “But if a lad’s fine to just be on the bench, then I think that’s a bigger problem.”
Team Form
Liverpool's form have been impressive in the period after the situation. He feels the forward's comments were not designed to destabilise the squad.
“If passion has boiled over, the source has been from a good place,” Jones concluded. “That chapter is closed and we’re building chemistry, performing and securing victories.”
