Furthermore contained in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying distinct sections of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
